Questions about plans and billing
How is billing done?
You pay securely by credit or debit card through Stripe. Billing is automatic each month or year depending on the period you choose.
Can I change plans?
Yes. From the Billing section of your account you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change applies immediately and the prorated amount is adjusted.
How do I cancel?
From «Manage payment» in the Billing section you can cancel your subscription. Your data is kept for 30 days in read-only mode; then it is archived.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, the amount you see already includes the corresponding VAT.
What currency is charged?
For now only USD. The amount is converted to your local currency according to your bank or payment processor's exchange rate.
What happens if I reach the animal limit?
We notify you in time. You can upgrade to the next plan or, if you're already on Veterinarian, contact us for a custom plan.
